Question: How do I care for my hand knitted product?

Answer: If needed, you can hand wash, cold water, mild soap, and lay flat to dry.

Question: Why does it take so long to receive my order?

Answer: All items are created and hand knitted by the designer. There are times when yarns aren’t easily available, which can cause a delay in delivery. The designer takes great care in delivering a superior product.

Question: What if I see something I like, but want it in a different color or style?

Answer: We welcome custom orders, simply click on the custom orders button and complete the description box. Specify the purse name to describe style and if possible choose colors from other purses. If you don’t see the color in another purse, describe the color as clearly as possible. Also, please include your phone number and e-mail address if we have any questions. Keep in mind custom orders will include a $15.00 custom order fee.

Question: How long does it take for a custom order?

Answer: Depending on the complexity of the order it take 4-6 weeks for delivery. We endeavor to deliver the product as soon as possible. Please keep in mind this is being created especially for you.

Question: What is felting or boiled wool?

Answer: Felting/boiled wool is simply a process that is used once the product has been knitted. The finished product is then placed in a washing machine on the hottest and longest agitation cycle, rinsed in cold water, which then causes the shrinking of the wool where the stitches are no longer visible in most cases. This process creates a durable and versatile product.
